My wife and I have been training with Becky for just about a year. We hired her from Thumbtack to come to our house twice a week. I travel quite a bit so we have asked Becky to be flexible. Not a problem! Becky is unbelievably amazing! Very, very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and knowing about how far to push 50+ year old clients without killing us! We're going on our 1 year with Becky and have no intentions of stopping! As a matter of fact, we are considering adding another workout day a week! Thanks Becky! Connie and Chuck

I'm a 47yo obese housewife. In my younger years I was fit and strong without even trying. As the years passed I got so big and out of shape I lost hope. I began working with Lance almost three months ago, and although I have a long way to go, in just the past couple of months I have gained so much strength and endurance, I actually feel hopeful and good about my efforts. I especially appreciate the texts for motivation and reminders about our appointments. He is encouraging without being a drill sergeant, but still pushes me to do a little more or work just a little harder. He's respectful without condescension, and I really like (did I say "I like" referencing exercise?) the core workouts opposed to just doing reps on the gym machines.

I tried out the cranial sacral therapy for my chronic back pain and it was absolutely amazing! That and I love their meditation classes. They are really affordable and can't wait to try the yoga and tai chi classes. Everyone there was pleasant and very helpful and patient with me.

Suzy is really good. She is very knowledgeable about the concepts of sports massage and proper stretching techniques. I came out from my session without any tightness and felt really relaxed and loose. I wholeheartedly endorse Suzy for sports massage.

I really enjoyed my time working with and getting to know Natalie. She has a heart of gold and demonstrates early on how much she cares and what she's willing to do to help you with your goals and vision of how you'd like to live your life. For anyone who's looking to live a healthier, happier and well-balanced lifestyle I'd highly recommend her. Thanks for everything Natalie!
