Cathy cleaned my two bedroom, two bath home. Each room looked good! I was pleased she dusted the blinds. I appreciated coming home to a clean house. There were just a few spot undusted. I would have her back.

The workers at immaculate janitorial cleaned and brought my property back to life in short notice,I understood it would be a difficult task to find a company that would complete the job in such a small window of time but I decided to go with immaculate and I'm very happy I did. Very professional in demeanor and quality cleaning at its best. Would recommend 10/10.

Justin is very detailed in his work and can figure out how to solve many issues during the process. He has done excellent work for us at our residence including installing lights, expanding our driveway, removing shrubs and fixing sprinklers, repairing our window shades that wouldn't extract and installing an electrical security fencing wire. I highly recommend him as a "do it all" handyman.

I provide professional window cleaning service. I have 19 years experience in residential and commercial cleaning. My normal bid includes interior, exterior and screens cleaned. Drop towels are used to protect furniture and carpets, and shoe/boot covers are worn to protect carpets. My regular charges are based on a per window basis of $8.00/window for single story, and $9.00 for 2 story homes/structures. I specialize in water/mineral deposit removal, and charge that out separately at a straight $60/hour. If you are not satisfied with the water spot removal, then there is no charge. I will do a sample for you at no charge, and if it meets your approval, we go from there. Before I start any job, I do an exterior walk around and give you a firm bid, as well as inform you of any damaged glass and potential problem areas. I also give you an exact amount of time needed to get the job done (within 30 minutes), and if you are happy with that, I go to work and get the job done. Your approval and satisfaction are my ultimate goals.

I'm a people person so typically do the job based on exactly how the clients want it done ...customers satisfaction is priority for me!

Q & A

Answers to commonly asked questions from the experts on Thumbtack.

How much is commercial window cleaning?

The national average cost to clean windows is $120-$170. Typically, window washing for commercial spaces costs less per window than residential window washing, but has a higher overall price because the greater number of windows. Commercial window cleaning companies may charge a standard rate per window — for example, $3 to clean the exterior only, with a higher rate of $4 or $5 to also clean the interior. There may be an additional charge, such as an extra $1 per window, for scrubbing off water stains or deep-cleaning window tracks. Double-hung windows require more labor and will therefore cost more to clean. Companies may charge a flat rate, such as $8 per double-hung window or $9 per French door, to account for the added work. Building height will play a factor in window washing costs. Standard cleaning for one- and two-story buildings will typically stay within the same range, but cleaning high-rise windows may entail special safety permits and equipment, which would increase costs. Your location will also affect window washing costs. Smaller towns and areas with a lower cost to do business will have lower window cleaning rates than large cities.
