- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. Send photos and I can usually quote small jobs right away; bigger projects get a written quote after a quick visit. Labor and materials are priced separately and clearly, no hidden fees. I can buy materials for you and give you the receipts. I accept Zelle, Venmo, cash and check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) You message me with photos and a short description. 2) I reply with a price or come out to measure. 3) For remodels I prepare a 3D design so you can approve the look before work starts. 4) We agree on the scope, price and start date. 5) I do the work, keep the site clean and walk you through the finished result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on experience in tile, flooring, carpentry and remodeling. I follow manufacturer installation guidelines, especially for shower waterproofing systems, and I keep learning new materials and methods. I also design projects in 3D software before building them.
