I work out with her three times a week and have been on the diet for three weeks now. I've lost 4 lbs in that time and hope to reach more goals this month. The gym is clean and open. I've been working with Tim for a couple months now spacifically with personal training. He is amazing! He changes the routine up every week so I'm never doing the same workout twice and my body is always guessing. I can feel myself getting stronger every week. The training I'm getting from him also transfers over to cycling. I can feel I actually have a core now and strength in my upper body that stabalizes me on the bike and make me feel more balanced.
