I would expect professionalism, knowledgeable, and a time frame to complete the project, a step by step breakdown of the work to be performed what materials are being used, and leave instructions on how to care for your landscaping, etc. we are friendly and put you the customer first. if we need to come back to check on the work to make sure It took, the grass is growing correctly, adjust the sprinkler watering time.
