- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
10% Discounts available for Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders. Package discounts available on request. Insurance is NOT accepted at this time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first step is an initial assessment, or conversation to see I we would be a good fit. This initial assessment, usually a quick and simple phone call, is free of charge. The next step is to meet and talk about your goals for coaching. My style of coaching is client-centric. This means, you as the client, with a little help from me, will identify to areas you want to grow in first. From here, the content of each session will be directed at achieving those goals, in a measurable, specific, and timely way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been coaching since 2008 and have developed a very unique and effective coaching philosophy through direct coaching with clients.
