Daniel hauled a large amount of junk for us including a washer and dryer. Super easy to schedule with, extremely polite, great price and very efficient. We will definitely hire him again in the future.

This was a replacement install of a warming drawer. There was no need of any electrical work or adjustment of a cabinet just the install so not a big job. The two men that showed up were on time, efficient and everything was cleaned up before they left. Also, for a small fee they took away the old one. Yes I highly recommend Daniel Mora if you have an install.

I hired Daniel to assemble my Smith Cage home gym. Daniel arrived promptly and did an excellent job in assembling my machine. It took him 2 days to assemble but it wasn't his fault as he had prior commitments and I understood that before hiring him. I would hire him again in heartbeat if I ever needed any other work like this done.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Open to quoting per job or billing job per actual hours worked. An average move would take two men and one truck at a rate of $100/hr(subject to additional fees if installation or additional services is required - i.e: washer/dryer upstairs, stair-carry, door removal to fit furniture, etc.)
*Clock starts half an hour before getting to site and doesn't stop until half an hour after job completion. This covers drive time and offloading and loading of equipment.
Discounts available if a truck or trailer is provided by client.
Military discount provided as well.
Out-of-town jobs requiring an overnight stay will be charged per diem for hotel accommodations.
For office furniture/cubicle installation or reconfiguration, details will be necessary before I can do a quote; charges differ from residential moves.
*First walk-thru is free. Additional trips - charges may apply.
For home moves: Payment is due day-of move completion.
For offices: Payment due the following week.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with clients to do a walk-thru of the house, storage unit or office before a final quote is given. At the walk-thru, we can assess additional services, possible dilemmas, expectations, and details regarding the move/installation.

4 years experience in office and home moves/installations.
For homes: Worked as a lead on many high-end home moves for JDS
For office: Worked as a lead on many installations/reconfigs - Certified Haworth Installer - specializing in repairs, installation of new product and teardown and reconfigs of existing product.
