About
I base my business on my faith, and good intent always. Increasing my clients physical health and providing a long-term solution is my priority. Whether it’s losing fat, gaining muscle, or Toning up, I’m your guy. I have been NASM Certified. My hope with each client that works with me, is that I’m not only able to increase their physical health, but that it trickles down into helping their lifestyle as a whole.
I train out of a main location in Fresno, but also have a Madera option, so let me know!

I’ve been having great training sessions with Emilio. The structure of his session are aligned with my personal goals and where I want my body to be over time.

I’ve been training with Emilio for a couple months now, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. What sets him apart is not just his expertise in fitness, but his thoughtfulness and dedication to his clients. I’ve always struggled with cooking and eating regularly, but Emilio went above and beyond by sitting down with me to create a meal plan when I expressed just how stressed I was about it. He made eating more affordable and accessible, which has been a game changer.
In the gym, Emilio is incredibly organized and takes the time to teach me the names and proper techniques of each movement. This has boosted my confidence, especially with free weights, an area I used to feel intimidated by. He tracks my gains and personal bests, ensuring that we are intentionally growing each week.

I’ve learned so much with Emilio since working with him. Since working out with him I’ve lost 40 pounds, I’ve learned to love working out and learned to make it a habit. He’s really good at teaching balance and showing that I can still enjoy the foods I love and still lose weight. Losing weight isn’t a race it’s a marathon and having someone like him who’s there for you and motivating you and keeping you accountable is so worth it. Investing into my health has been the greatest investment I could’ve made! I would highly highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer!

Thanks to emilio, i’ve grown so much as a person! My body physically is looking better, and i’m now eating so much better as well. I’ve been working with him for only a little over a month, but there is already so much progress!

Emilio takes his job very seriously and genuinely cares about his clients. He is always responsive and also very encouraging inside and outside of the gym. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer. You get back what you put in with Emilio.
