emilio is *the best* trainer i have ever had. he’s paid so much attention to the small details and makes sure he sets his programs to reach my own personal goals. he’s made meal plans that include food that i genuinely enjoy and workouts that are actually fun for me. i have always hated working out, but he’s made it bearable and easy for me to get back into it!

I came to Emilio after recovering from years of an eating disorder. I had felt like I had barely energy or strength left in me. At this point in my life, I had never felt the confidence to think I could change my life around. That is, until I pushed myself to give Emilio a message. I knew I wanted to change my life around. I had no idea what I was doing. From the start, I put my trust in him to push me to limits I didn’t know were possible. I had gone from not being able to pick up a 45 pound barbell to hip thrusting over 200+ pounds in a matter of 4 months. Through my training sessions with Emilio, I’ve been able to grow life long healthy habits I’ve been able to take with me outside of the gym. He taught me to trust the process while having fun with it at the same time. I would not have the knowledge or will power to accomplish my goals today if it weren’t for Emilio being my trainer. 10000/10 go live your best life and hit up this dude for all your fitness needs!
