Excellent First Impression!

Professional, responsive, and timely! I especially appreciated their willingness to accommodate my schedule rather than expecting me to work around their availability. Although the work I needed was outside their scope of services, their professionalism, communication, and customer-first approach left an excellent impression. First impressions matter, and they certainly earned five stars from me!

I own a retail business and Grounds Property Services has been doing routine maintenance, pressure washing, trash pickup, and help me identify issues with my building ahead of time before they become a problem. They are professional, responsive to urgent issues and their work speaks for themselves. Highly recommended for businesses who manage their properties or buildings.
