What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're very flexible. Some owners like to meet in person and some prefer to do everything remotely, to onboard a property. So whatever works for the owner is what we do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in business which has given me a great foundation for starting and running a business.
