- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Choose and purchase your services. 2. Upon receiving your email confirmation, please go to my website 3. Choose your template 4. Complete the Resume Questionnaire a. Include old resume, certifications, references, the target job posting – the more information you provide, the better resume I’ll be able to create for you. b. Include your template c. Include your preferred method of communication and submit. The whole process takes under 20 minutes. 5. Confirmation of receipt of questionnaire, preferred method of communication, template and answer any questions you may have. 6. Emailed draft for your review within 24-48 hours – continue requested revisions until final approval is given. 7. Final Approval – email services in PDF and Word format, print 2 copies on resume paper and mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience in the fields of resume writing, recruiting, and HR. In terms of education, I have completed various training programs related to these areas. Additionally, I have attended several workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry. Overall, my education and training have provided me with a strong foundation to excel in my work and deliver high-quality results.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After becoming a recruiter, I created my own resume which caught the attention of my coworkers. They requested me to do theirs as well. As time passed, my resume writing skills became popular and my company grew exponentially.
