Technician Marcos Gonzales with EnergyAid was terrific. He troubleshot our Tesla Powerwall batteries in Truckee today, which we really wanted to get back on line before the winter storm season. He was able to work through the issues swiftly and followed up with a phone call to connect the batteries to our Wi-Fi network and enable reporting through Tesla to the phone app. Great work, thank you!
