The whole experience could not be smoother. PG&E left this big headache to me (4-feet palm treestump) Arnold came for inspection and provided us with professional advice. Nolan delivered the work clean and nicely. Not to mention the price is competitive. They are honest and hard-working guys. I will definitely hire them again should I have other projects.

Arnold and team did a great job! We had a large oak that came down during the most recent storm. They responded immediately to my request on a Sunday, came out to add some supports to prevent any major damage (during the storm), and the very next day to cut it down, clean up, etc. Highly recommended!

Probably the best tree company company I have ever hired. I was given a ball park number by picture via text and then Arnold came out and saw our tree was actually not as bad as they thought and honestly lowered the price. The team came out I'm uniform, and ready to work. They blocked off areas with cones and did a walk though with me prior to starting to go over the work and show me already broken lights and cracks in our cement they noted were down. I signed a form to Acknowledge this and they began the work. Cleaned better than our gardener and left. So professional and so happy with the crew and work . 5 stars guys! Definitely recommend. Wish I would have taken pictures and videos. These guys are great

Our pricing is based on Time, Liability Risk, Equipment Needed, and Volume of Debris.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not just New customers. All jobs. When we arrive on site our trucks and equipment are clean and Employees are in uniform. We introduce ourselves and go over the work agreed on. The job is completed and we clean all adjacent yards that may have work related debris. the streets are cleaned and we do a final walk through with the owner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my whole life helping people to the best of my abilities as it was passed down to me by my father. He always said to do things with love and not because im expecting something in return. Don't tell our investors this but this is who I am.
I'm a silicon valley certified green gardener, irrigation specialist, landscape design, repair and installation contractor and licensed by the state as Tree service contractor.
