FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A customer should know that my pricing is based on the specific needs of each job. Every tree and property is different, so I consider factors like the size of the tree, the complexity of the work, safety requirements, equipment needed, and disposal of debris. I always provide honest, upfront estimates with no hidden fees, and I only charge for the work that’s truly necessary. My goal is to offer fair pricing while maintaining high quality, safe, and reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client starts with a brief conversation to understand their concerns and the type of work they need. From there, I schedule an on site evaluation so I can assess the trees, safety factors, and overall scope of the project. I then provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain the recommended approach. Once approved, I set a service date, complete the work safely and efficiently, and make sure the property is fully cleaned up. I always check in afterward to ensure the client is satisfied and answer any follow up questions
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on training in tree care and removal, including safe cutting practices, equipment operation, and proper trimming techniques. I’ve completed safety training for chainsaw use, climbing, and working around hazardous areas. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive on the job experience handling everything from routine trimming to complex removals and storm damage situations. My training and experience help ensure every job is done safely, efficiently, and with professional results.
