I want to give a huge shoutout to Sierra Line Plumbling! I had a water heater that was going out and contacted them to have it replaced. They got in contact with me right away and got everything set up. The day of installation they called and said they could show up earlier than scheduled. Installation was quick. Everyone was very professional and they even hauled away the old one for free. Very good price for the work they do and it included a 1 year warranty on labor.

Jessica and Mark were very communicative, honest, and a delight to work with. They were patient in answering any questions I had and their prices are very fair. They provided estimates quickly and gave me options to choose from. They also made sure I was able to replace my old water heater before I had guests arriving at the house so I didn't have to cancel any reservations in my vacation rental. I especially appreciated Jessica's proactiveness when she saw my house was unlocked and wasn't supposed to be and helped me feel secure knowing my home was safe. She went above and beyond because she understands how important our homes are. My new water heater works perfectly without any issues! I trust them and will call them for any future plumbing needs!
