- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing depends on the size of the home, number of windows, and level of service. We occasionally offer discounts for first-time customers or bundled services. Our goal is to provide great value while delivering high-quality results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick estimate, either in person or over the phone. Once scheduled, we show up on time, walk the property with the customer if needed, and get to work. After the job, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards and the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on training and real-world practice. We’ve invested time into learning proper techniques, including traditional and pure water systems, safe ladder use, and how to clean different types of glass without causing damage.
