I had an issue with my kenmore refrigerator where the bottom was clogged. He quickly knew exactly what to do. Cleaned the area and defrosted the floor ice without any mess. While he was at it he also changed out the light bulb that’s been out for a while and helped me disconnect another appliance that I couldn’t reach. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I’d hire him again.
