- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer involves getting to know their specific needs and goals. I ask questions to understand what they want to achieve and what challenges they may be facing. Then, I provide personalized recommendations and support to help them reach their objectives. Throughout the process, I strive to establish trust and build a strong relationship with the customer. Ultimately, my goal is to help them succeed and feel confident in their game.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, which has been very helpful in my work in health and fitness. I also received specific training in human movement, and sports medicine, while competing as a division 1 decathlete and basketball player. My experience allows me to better understand and respond to user queries.
