Brian saved us big time, found Brian to first install a water filter, he did a very thorough job - took the time to do things right and walked thru various possibilities/options with us….despite being just a small job I was very happy since I felt like I found a trustworthy plumber. As (un)Luck would have it, this encounter came handy since a week later, my main waterline in yard suddently developed a torrential leak in the middle of a stormy wkend. Guess who’s was available to help within an hour of phone call! Brian kindly rearranged his non-urgent works (thankful for other understanding customers) and worked two straight late nights until he found the deep leak, cut the tree roots and soldered the fixed pipe together. He didn’t take advantage of the emergency nature of the work, and gave us a very reasonable price. I have been endorsing Brian with great enthusiasm to neighbors and friends - he is a true professional and truly does “whatever it takes” to help out his customers! Thanks Brian!

Bryan did a great job installing a new faucet, water filtration system and water heater under the sink. He not only installed all the equipments perfectly, but also tested the system thoroughly and showed us how to use it and maintain it. He also explained what and how he was installing and shared his views on the differences in equipment. In addition, he repaired a few other items, recalibrated other bathroom fixtures we added to him. He was very professional, clean and reasonable. In fact I paid him more than he asked because he was so professional. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend him without reservations to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

JNS Plumbing responded to my service request within the hour of entering the request. We needed a tankless mini water heater replaced at my work.
