We are delighted to post this review for our real estate property managers, Eddie & Dina, at Golden Gate Real Estate & Lending. Over Thanksgiving week our property experienced a water leak under the house that was seeping into the garage. We called Eddie who arranged a licensed plumber to quickly come out, evaluate the issue and correct the problem all in one visit. The guy was first rate and took care of everything. He eased our concerns that this was a one time vs potentially recurring issue and even cleaned up after completing the repairs. We can't thank Eddie & Dina enough for attending to our urgent needs during the pre-holiday busy period. They responded immediately and really cared about our situation. We can't thank them enough for making our holiday a blessed one. Way to go Golden Gate!

I had had nothing but bad experiences in the past with property management firms, so had been doing my own management. I had one duplex in a "challenging" area and was having a terrible time finding good tenants. I had 3 evictions in one year. I saw Bonnie's ad and decided to give her a try after speaking with her. She is a miracle worker. I don't know how she does it but she finds great tenants and I have since given her another duplex. I can't believe what a great job she is doing. The only problem I have with her is she says she may be relocating out of the area in the future. I will be devastated if that happens. She is a godsend. Please Bonnie, don't leave!
