FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is one answer I am rewriting after being here for over a year now. It's simply amazing to me, how many people made comments so similar. Either That I almost wasn't hired by them because my rates were too low. And, two people went with more expensive, then called me. When I was done, they wished they had called me first. Costs More=better? It most DEFINITELY does NOT
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't have a typical process. I'm respectful, and answer any questions you might have honestly, and truthfully
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im 100% self taught since I was a kid. If I couldn't figure something out I wouldn't be getting much sleep that night. I work neat , and efficiently. Kind of a l methodical approach, I just love fixing any, and everything. I'd say plumbing is my favorite.
