- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to meet everyone's budget. We are able to to give discounts on cleaning that are scheduled recurringly. For assembly services we do consider the distance between locations or to save more we will schedule other work in your area. Handyman varies, however send us quote request that you want to us try to beat the pricing on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to know the scope of work. Such as how many rooms need to be cleaned, do you have carpet or what type of flooring, do you require special cleaning products we provide organic options for our cleaning supplies at no cost. For assembly we would like to know what items they are. For handyman work, we would like to know how many projects and what materials will you on the site so we can properly prepare everything. We also provide estimates via zoom and facetime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is built by a lot of hardworking individuals who went to proper schooling. For example our head technician is a licensed HVAC contractor who works with us to do assembly and light handyman work. Our cleaning team, have blood pathogen training. Our other technicians have their handyman certificates.
