FMP Contractors updated the exterior of my house in Lake Forest, California in February 2012. They removed all damaged wood on the front of this 40-year old single family residence, and installed insulation on the entire front. Then stucco'd the upper portion and installed stonework on the lower portion of the facade. When this was complete, they repaired all the stucco around the rest of the residence and painted the entire house. FMP also arranged for gutters to be installed. The quality of the work is above my expectations, and the project was completed on time and on budget. I definitely plan to use Ivan Vranges and his crew again when I remodel my kitchen and baths and give FMP the highest recommendation.

We had a small live/work space that needed complete renovation. New kitchen, baths, tile, paint, new windows, five new skylights, flooring, stucco, exterior paint, electrical work, interior lighting, plumbing, yard clean up. Essentially the entire place needed an overhaul. It took approximately 5-6 weeks.
We were impressed with Ivan's work. He is professional, thorough, affordable, honest, and does quality work. He requires payments when that particular scope of the work to be done is completed.
He and his workers were reliable and we were very impressed and satisfied with the overall experience. There is nothing that could have improved the experience with the exception of finishing earlier. We would definitely call Ivan again should we need contracting services in the future.

They did a great job painting the interior of my 1200 sqft condo. They provided all the paint and supplies, and finished the job in less than 3 days. I was on a short time table so I couldn't have been more pleased.

I had FMP repair my leaking balcony. The entire floor had to be removed and replaced. They were on-time, professional and did a fantastic job. It has rained a couple of times since they performed the repairs and my balcony is waterproof and drains perfectly. I highly recommend Ivan and the FMP team.
