Thank you. Joseph is a great trainer with a lot of motivation. I learned a lot of good boxing and Muay Thai tips from Joseph ‘s expertise. He explains things simply and understands where my improvements can be had. I improved in my boxing IQ so much so that I realize that there were bad forms boxing forms even in certain movies.
