Joseph is the best trainer we ever had for our son. He's been training my son self defense for over 2 months and already has built a high confidence and very high self esteem. He helped my son think out loud and isn't as shy as he used to be. We gained a new family member that we are so happy with.

I’ve had a great experience working with Joseph. He is always helpful, positive, and makes every session enjoyable. His energy and encouragement keep me motivated, even during challenging workouts, and he always makes sure I feel supported and confident in my progress. He explains exercises clearly, pays attention to proper form, and creates a comfortable environment that makes training something I look forward to each time. I really appreciate how he pushes me to improve while still making every session enjoyable. On top of that, his pricing is very affordable for college students, which makes consistent training much more accessible. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who is professional, motivating, supportive, and reasonably priced.

We hired Joseph to work with my parents three times a week, and the results have been outstanding. He is incredibly professional, polite, knowledgeable, and always encouraging. My parents absolutely love training with him and constantly talk about how much they enjoy and appreciate his sessions. Joseph has been incredible working with our daughter. He’s not only technically sharp, but extremely patient and intentional with how he teaches. He breaks things down in a way she understands and builds her confidence every session. He’s currently helping prepare her for Nationals, and we’ve already seen major growth in her timing, distance, and overall performance. His communication with us as parents is also excellent — we truly feel like we’re part of the process. Highly recommend him to any parent serious about their child’s development in Taekwondo.

Joseph is very knowledgeable about biomechanics and how it applies to training and fitness. He is very professional, patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic which makes him a great trainer who meets you where you’re at! The journey is about “progress not perfection.” I recommend Joseph to anyone who wants to get in better shape!
