I was hesitant about getting a trainer due to experience, but Victor listens and understands what I want in the long run. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have two services that I provide. First is single, partnered, and semi group training. With a 2 session a week minimum. Pricing is $50- $60 a session depending on number of sessions per week. We can meet up at a park, your home, office gym. Where ever. I bring equipment to you! Online coaching is $65 a month
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In person we would complete a fitness assessment and talk about goals. Then decide on what course of action best suit your needs. Lastly then decide on amount of sessions per week and duration of program. Online is the same with questionnaire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have all of my official certifications from ISSA. Certifications in fitness training, nutritional coaching, and CSCS. My staff have a mixture of education as follows: Degrees in Kinesiology, Fitness Certifications, Nutrition Certification, and Strength & Conditioning. This helps ensure that we have top trainers ready to work with you!
