Richard K. says, "Erick helped me with a hot water pipe which started the day before Thanksgiving. He was able to get to me early the next morning. He is very adept at analysis of the situation and being able to offer several options. The house is built in 1967 and the leak was in the walls so he had to cut through two walls in order to get to the pipes, figure out all outlets connected to that hot water pipe and then figure out best way to handle it. He is friendly, experienced, trustworthy, responsive and respectful of the workplace. My tenants were out of town for the holiday but because of all the above, they had hot showers and functioning appliances waiting for them upon their return. The job took place over two days, Thanksgiving and the day after. I will use Erick gain for any future plumbing needs."See more
