He gave me a transparent, thorough, and detailed explanation and answered all my questions with honesty. I decided to hire this plumber for the work although I already paid a service call of $95 to my home warranty. The job was done cleanly on the same day. I was so happy to find a skilled and trustworthy plumber. Highly recommended!
