About
At Perez Plumbing I pride myself on three core values: integrity, honesty, and respect. As a one-person business, I handle all jobs myself, so you always know exactly who is in your home and who to contact with questions.
I take the time to explain your options, arrive when I say I will, and leave your space clean when the job is done. My goal is to go above and beyond on every project and build long‑term relationships with my customers.
If you’re ready to get drains cleared, toilets serviced or a garbage disposal installed and want straightforward, one-on-one service, I’d be happy to help. It’s much more convenient to give estimates on site.

We had a slab leak that caused water to come into our living room area, and James came out to perform a leak detection. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the area and explain what was going on. We really appreciated his prompt service and attention to detail during a stressful situation.
Thank you, James, for your excellent service! We would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with a leak or needing leak detection.
