FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our repairs are flat-rate, so you know the price when we pick it up. $95 for computer repair, $195 for data recovery, and we'll quote you flat-rates for on-site work as well. There's no hidden fees or other nonsense.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our jobs are flat-rate residential computer repairs. You schedule an appointment, we pick up the computer from your house, take a look at it, and drop it back off at your convenience in 48 hours. Any shop who claims they can do a good repair in 24 hours is a bad deal, that doesn't leave any time for scans or backups -- both things you'll certainly want if your paying for malware removal!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should know that we're not a "fix and forget" kind of shop. There's a number of other places that will "fix" your problem for fifty bucks, but like with other deals that are too good to be true, you'll end up paying for it sooner or later. We not only fix your problem, but set up your computer to remain secure and working well for years, including enabling automatic updates and installing free anti-virus for you. We'll take the time to talk to you about why your computer broke and what you can do to prevent such failures in the future. That's the kind of service you won't get anywhere else.
