- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set our prices with industry standard in mind as well as time spent, value of service and difficulty. We have set prices but allow room to bend for specific services a customer may or may not want. We pride ourselves on setting expectations so a customer will never be charged more for a service price that has already been agreed on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to speak with a new customer on the phone first. We will ask them a few questions about their space, give them a fair quote and schedule their cleaning. They will always be contacted the day before their cleaning to confirm service time and again when our crew is on their way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pride ourselves on keeping up to date with industry standards as well as new tips and tricks. We are constantly updating our knowledge so we can give the best service to our customers.
