Our customers should know that when we estimate any project we write down a detail estimate detailing every step from start to finished and they should also know that they will get the best possible price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with the customer is to do a walk through on any project they want to accomplish. Review blueprints and finishes and ask questions and help them make their dream work come a reality. Also, for reinforcement foundations, the typical process of working with a new customer is to first do a work walk through and ask questions relating to the problems they are having with the foundation. after analyzing the scope of the project we then determine if an engineer and architect is needed and if is needed then we set up an appointment with the engineer first and then with the architect most of the times a soils engineer will be needed when foundations are more complex.
