Introduction: BEST Contracting Services is a large-specialty contractor that provides construction services for the entire building envelope. We serve commercial, institutional, and industrial building owners in both the private and public market sectors. We also enjoy a large clientele in the general contracting community. Broadly, BEST's services include roofing, waterproofing, glazing, metal panels, sheet metal, concrete restoration, HVAC and green construction (including solar PV, cool roofs, daylighting and green roofs). We're licensed in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico. BEST also participates in the federal arena, performing on federal projects throughout the United States. Our financial stability allows us to provide significant bonding and insurance capacities and our large, specialized-labor force allows us to perform multiple major projects simultaneously. The categories in which we operate are inherently very dangerous; therefore, safety is of paramount importance at BEST. This emphasis on safety has allowed us to achieve a remarkably low EMR of 0.52. With a workforce of 500 employees, we provide our clients with superior internal administrative support and the highest quality physical installation.
