- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is very reasonable. my reviews, and any word of mouth will say the same. my wife gets on me about my pricing habits, but I really believe in helping people as much as possible with cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
all customers are treated like I've known them forever. I try to make new customers feel like there's no pressure, and relaxed and comfortable as possible. Give them as many options as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've attended plumbing trade school when I first started doing construction. my opinion is that it's a waste of time. you need to find someone who is willing to give you a chance and teach you, hands on. every plumbing call is different, and can't be taught in a class.
