Excellent service. Matt Stramel, the owner, responded immediately to my request for a quote for gutter cleaning, using only my address and Google Earth images. After I accepted his quote (which was reasonable), he scheduled my job for the same day! He texted his estimated arrival time and updated it when a previous job proved more complex than anticipated. Once here, he and his assistant cleaned all gutters within about 30 minutes. For those who wish to pay digitally, he does accept Zelle. In summary: expect professional high-quality service, reasonable prices, and great communications from ORS Clean.

Amazing work - Matt worked with us to completely refinish our deck, and brainstorm solutions that fit within budget when we ran into snags (some of the previous paint was latex and hard to remove). End result looked fantastic.
Super professional, friendly and a great communicator as well.

I charge a fair price for excellent work and amazing customer service. Getting the cheapest person doesn’t always mean getting the best quality. High quality materials and labor shows, and it will be satisfied much more with the end result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the area and call out any issues or concerns. I will provide a very detailed description of the work that I will do and ensure that the customer is concerns are always addressed.

I have a bachelors degree in business and years of on the job training.
