- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set in a price guide and priced for affordable projects. The bigger the project the better the deal (ask about add on pricing). We offer senior and veteran discounts for all projects big and small.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When entering the home we also put on plastic shoe covers. We follow the customer, listening to their concerns to identify their needs. After an inspection we explain the issues and offer a minimal of two repair options. We work from a price guide and make sure to offer all the discounts available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have over 20 years experience working in the field of plumbing. I am a C36 Plumbing Contractor Licensed with the CSLB (Contractors State License Board). We maintain full insurance (Workers Compensation) throughout the contract and are up to date on our bonding insurance liability insurance.
