Hayk responded very quickly to my request for service and came the same day (after hours!). He immediately diagnosed the problem with both my washer as well as my trash compactor (no repairman has been able to figure out what was wrong with the compactor for over a year!). Fixed everything very efficiently, was very reasonable; professional but also very friendly! I will hire this company for all my appliance repair needs and have already referred him to my friends! This company was amazing. Arrived on time as promised and immediately found the problem with our dryer which we were having issues with. They were able to replace the problem and fix the issue at an extremely reasonable price. They also cleaned out our dryer and all parts; making sure the entire area they were working in was clean as well. When I asked them to return a few days later to check out another issue with the dryer, they again quickly arrived on time and fixed the problem, with no charge at all. They definitely guaranteed their work and followed up on it as promised. I highly recommend this company and will surely use them again in the future.
