- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide transparent prices for customers. Prices are agreed with the customer before the start of work. We also provide discounts in certain cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A technician comes to your address and performs diagnostics. After diagnostics, the technician will provide options for solving the problem. We do not charge a service fee if the customer wants to proceed repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of engineering education. I also have 5 years of practical experience in repairing appliances of any brands.
