No only did he do a thorough job, he was able to save me money by reconfiguring some equipment I had already purchased to extend wifi to areas of my house that were difficult to reach before. He even came back right away when my modem (somehow) reset itself to factory settings. Incredibly responsive. A good value. Highest recommendation.
