We called Gagik for what we thought would be a quick fix, but didn't realize that it would take much longer than expected. Yet Gagik was very patient and professional throughout the entire time and was able to assist with repairing our computer. I highly recommend him!

Gagik was excellent to work with. No only did he do a thorough job, he was able to save me money by reconfiguring some equipment I had already purchased to extend wifi to areas of my house that were difficult to reach before. He even came back right away when my modem (somehow) reset itself to factory settings. Incredibly responsive. A good value. Highest recommendation.
