- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On-site service has a minimum visit charge of $200, which includes 2 hours of service. I always explain the issue, options, and pricing before starting extended work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is based on hands-on experience with computers, routers, Wi‑Fi and mesh systems, NAS devices, backup solutions, external drives, USB drives, SD cards, and smart home devices such as Ring cameras and doorbells.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been the person people call when their computers, Wi‑Fi, storage, or smart devices stop working. Over time, I turned that hands-on experience into professional IT support for home and small-business clients. I enjoy solving practical problems, explaining things clearly, and helping customers get their technology working reliably again.
