The Roving Cook

Introduction: I am a personal chef and culinary instructor. I design a personalized menu, shop, cook, label, and sometimes deliver for the client once or twice weekly. I develop a curriculum or client-specific class with menu, work at students' pace, and teach/coach cutting and cooking skills. Classes taught range from Cooking 101 and knife skills to French food and wine to pasta making and sushi!
