- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers usually go online on our website to review info and set up an appointment there and then we have them come to our location bring their receipt, sign in and take the class. Depending on the class they choose they could be there for as little at 1.5 hours and receive their certificate the same day! We also offer on site training at customers locations!
