- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies based on your dog’s size, breed, coat condition, temperament, and the services selected. We offer new client promotions such as a free first daycare and 20% off a first groom. All pricing is communicated upfront so there are no surprises, and optional add-ons are always discussed before being included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For grooming, new customers can simply call or book an appointment. For daycare and boarding, we require up-to-date vaccinations, a short registration form, and a temperament test. The temperament test takes about one hour and doubles as a complimentary daycare visit so we can safely evaluate your dog and ensure a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our grooming team includes certified groomers, and our staff has years of hands-on experience handling both small and large breed dogs. Many of our team members are lifelong dog handlers who understand canine behavior, safety, and proper care. We continuously focus on safe handling, comfort, and stress-free experiences for every dog in our care.
