FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial consultations are always free. We believe it's unfair to charge a fee without first taking a comprehensive look at your situation and determining what type of planning is needed. In many cases, you won't end up paying anything for our ongoing guidance and industry-leading tools and resources. But if we do determine that you could benefit from a fee-based planning relationship, any resulting costs or fees are industry-regulated and will be clearly communicated in advance. Proper planning is all about providing flexibility, freedom, and confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically begin with a quick Zoom or phone call to: 1. Get to know you and learn about your situation 2. Educate you on our philosophy, our process, and what sets us apart. 3. Decide together whether we’d be a good fit for one another, From there, we'll provide ongoing education and guidance while learning about your situation, helping identify and solidify your goals, and leading you toward a confident financial future. Any questions? Feel free to ask!
