- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first understand the customer’s project and discuss the details. For most jobs, I prefer to do an in-person estimate so I can properly inspect everything, understand the scope of work, and provide the most accurate pricing and timeline.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work as a hobby when I was young. I used to repair and build small things at our family house and later in my garage and apartment. Over the years, I kept improving my skills through hands-on experience, learning new techniques, and working on different home improvement projects.
