What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set prices for most of the work I do, especially plumbing related jobs. I do give discount on multiple installation jobs depending on a project. $50 an hour base rate is for miscellaneous handyman work that is not specific trade related ( plumbing, electrical, etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free on site project walk through and estimate with cost explanation and a guarantee for work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of all around construction work experience.
