Igor was responsive and punctual. He also was flexible and accommodated our schedule as needed. He was thorough and made good recommendations as he did the job that resulted in a more complete and more long term repair than I imagined. He repaired a portion of our ceiling that had water damage. Once he cut open the ceiling, he investigated the root cause of the water damage. He identified where the leak was coming from and made repairs to the roof to prevent future water intrusion. The patch of the ceiling looks great and the work was completed in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with his work.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum order cost is $150. The final cost of the work is negotiated after the inspection and before the start of work. Materials are paid separately, by receipt (if purchased additionally) or by agreement (if I use what I bought in advance). The client must pay for the work immediately after completion.
