Igor spent many hours repairing my door problems, he showed up on time, he understands doors better than anyone I’ve ever contracted, he knew exactly what to do to fix all of my door issues. He continued tweaking the door settings until it was perfect! He spent an extra hour after the work was done and we shared stories. Igor and his partner did a phenomenal job replacing my mother’s very old door with a steel one. They added beautiful moulding and built up the frame to make it sturdy and great looking. Their craftsmanship and construction knowledge became even more apparent when they actually went above and beyond and repaired her stairs and railing too! We were so happy with his work that we’re getting more estimates from him for additional work. Highly recommend Igor!!

He was meticulous with his work and always asked me to check if I was happy and was happy and accommodated adjustments where I suggested. He did such a good job of installing our external door that we also hired him to create the concrete step. The results are excellent! We will be using him again in the future!

I highly recommend Igor and his work. Igor was quick to respond and very attentive to the various paint and repair projects we needed to complete. He listened to my explanation of the projects and gave me a fair quote. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. Igor was quick at doing the work but always making sure the repair and paint work was completed flawlessly. He even volunteered to do some additional touch ups of our island. Once the work was completed, he cleaned the areas very well and packed up. He is also friendly, polite, respectful, and is priced very competitively for the job and for the high quality of his skills and services. We needed to repair and patch up two ceiling areas and a window sill, he handled it all in one day. We’re very pleased with the results and will hire him again, as needed.

The minimum order cost is $100. The final cost of the work is negotiated after the inspection and before the start of work. Materials are paid separately, by receipt (if purchased additionally) or by agreement (if I use what I bought in advance). The client must pay for the work immediately after completion.

The client explains what he wants. I suggest several ways to complete the task. The client chooses the best one for him. I'm doing it.
