- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the work. I provide a detailed breakdown of costs upfront so there are no surprises. I also offer discounts for larger projects or repeat customers. Any additional fees, such as for materials, are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually begins with an initial consultation where I assess the customer’s needs and provide a detailed estimate. Once we agree on the scope of work, I set up a timeline and start the project. Throughout the process, I keep the customer informed of progress and any potential changes. After completion, I make sure everything meets the customer’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While much of my skills have been developed through hands-on experience, I’ve also completed several training courses in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Additionally, I stay updated on the latest techniques and tools in the industry by attending workshops and seminars regularly.
