FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is fair and based on the scope of the project, including materials, labor, and any special requirements. I always provide a clear estimate upfront so there are no surprises, and I’m open to discussing ways to stay within budget or offer small discounts for larger or repeat projects. My goal is to provide quality work at a reasonable cost while keeping everything transparent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by listening carefully to understand exactly what they need and what their goals are for the project. Then, I assess the site or project requirements and explain what the process will look like, including timeline, materials, and safety measures. Once everything is agreed on, I plan the work, stay in regular communication during the project, and make sure the job is completed efficiently and to high quality standards
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes mainly from hands-on experience working on construction sites and learning directly from experienced workers and supervisors. Through that experience, I’ve learned how to safely use tools, follow measurements and plans, and complete different construction tasks efficiently. I continue to learn on the job and improve my skills with every project I work on.
