- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of variables to pricing, some places charge a flat rate based off of the number of rooms in a house. However a one bedroom condo may be 1,200 sq ft and one bedroom apartment may only be 600 sq ft. We don't believe that the person with a large condo should be charged the same as the person with a small apartment and vice versa. To get a more accurate quote we typically like to ask detailed questions. -How many square feet is your home? -How many bedrooms do you have? -Will all the rooms need cleaning? Do they need bedding made and or changed? -How many full and half bathrooms do you have? -Do you have any pets? -Do you need dishes washed as this is additional? -Do you need laundry done as this is additional? -Do you need inside of refrigerator as this is additional? -Do you need inside of oven as this is additional? -Do you need windows washed as this is additional?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, when we are in the process of securing a new client we highly recommend doing a walk through of the property (home, business etc). It allows us to know ahead of time what the extent of the project is. Everyone's idea of what clean and or dirty is always tends to be different. Over the phone I may quote you for a standard cleaning and come to find out you really need a deep cleaning which may change the price and may change your mind at the time of service. So we like to make sure that we are all on the same page. After a walk through has been conducted a proposal will be sent out via e-mail, you'll respond to either agree or disagree and then we come clean until the work is done.
